I’m hoping you can help me.
I have a 17year old son that is over weight. He rather conscious about his weight and body.
He attends a CrossFit gym 3_4 days a week and has gained some confidence however he does seem to be loosing any weight.. I can only put it down to his diet and how much food or the lack of it is having a major part to do with his success. Can you help us to help him
